Hey all,
New to forums, and new to Tuners.
Little bit of a problem here, just got a new TrinityT1000 Tuner for my truck, went ahead and updated it to the latest version as advised. When I went to try and install a tune on my truck it looked like everything was going fine until the end of install where it said writing failed. So, seeing that I reverted back to stock tune, well that went all the way through this time but something happened somewhere because to now my truck won't start, and when I tried to re-do it the tool says something along the lines of Cannot Read PCM, Please turn key on etc. Also noticed my dash say stabilitrac needs service along with 4wd and ABS. Truck has 25k miles and haven't had an issue since trying this thing out. Any and all help is appreciated, and from the looks of it I am out of work for a few days.

Gonna have to call Monday morning and they'll force a tune onto the truck.

Ok thank you, If it helps the diagnosis of what went wrong for future endeavors, when I hooked the tool back to the computer it said that there were no tunes to export, yet once it said that I hit OK and my original tune popped up, yet there is nothing I can do with it. And the tool itself says there is no backup on file as well. Will be calling first thing to see if they can do as you mentioned. Will keep you all posted.
