i2010 2012 ram tune failed
I have a 2012 ram. updated the programmer online then installed ,it saved stock tune then went to program 93 tune said failure error .I tried going back to stock but it won't restore stock tune when i re pluged in it sayes stuck in recovery mode then writing tune then error acured wile restoring back up tune writing failed. truck won't start. i did see a option for advanced force to stock that shows vin and other numbers but after that it shows a number and letter key pad chart that i don't know what to enter .

update i did get it to go back to stock and run again.
when you replug it in and it comes on but doesn't tell you to turn on key so i was tring to reload with key off and it wasn't working so i pluged it in and turned key on and it was able to find and reinstall tune. it took 3 times first said 15% fail then 7% then 100% it worked and i'm running again.I would like to install the 93 tune but will not go through all that again.

Lucky! Can't get my challenger to run been trying everything to get the stock tune back :p
