hi i need some help please i have a 212 ram 1500 5.7 litter engine took my ram to the dealer for the air bag problem reset to original tune before going yo the dealer on the 19, of nov. today the 28, of nov. went to tune truck to the 87 octane tune that was installed before going to the dealer plug the in tune t check for up dates there were none plug the in tune to the truck and went to install the 87 oct tune reseted the the adjustments and it went to install the the in tune put on the screen tune failed and went to install original tune and it failed and is on recovery mode the truck will not start i m lost please help thanks ray

what happens when it tries to restore the stock tune?

it says installation failed can not install stock tune error error can not continue and ask if i want to continue i a answer yes and it goes into recovery and will not budge

hi mike are you able to find a solution to the problem i need help to get this 3 ton paper weight moving please help i know you can do it you have help a lot of people please help me thanks

hi mike the tool will not let get to any file a massage comes up (in tune in recovery mode and ask if i want to continue )answer yes and it says no vehicle detected and ask if i want to retry and repeats the same massage no vehcle detected

hi mike can i send this tool back so you can fix it please let me know haw to send it i am aware there will be a charge so please let me know

sending the tool will not fix the truck, if you need assistance please call in and have the tool powered up at the pc.
