InTune DCX

Over the weekend I was attempting to tune my car, as I was waiting for the tune to load onto my car it said that it had failed. I tried to tune it again, but after I select that I was to tune vehicle and when I select restore vehicle it will freeze. My car also feels as if it has been tuned but I am not sure. I am currently trying to update the InTune but it has been stuck on that "DO NOT UNPLUG! Updates loaded to inTune. It will reboot automatically. This process may take several minutes, please be patient." it has said this for a little under a hour.

Also, when I check for an update, it says' "Downloading: Calibration, and Adjustable parameters data diablodcx-dxc_tunes-1r01v.ift" and it says that the program is not responding and going back to the "DONT NOT UNPLUG!...." screen.

is the group update file still sitting onthe drive?

if so, click no on the tool to get back to the main menu and it should import the update from there.

I did get it to update, I have sent someone an email with my info file.
