Custom Tune Problem

Hello everyone, I'm new to the tuning game and I'm not very technical,can I get some advice on what to do or how to fix this issue

Where'd you get the tune? Has the vehicle been updated since it was written?

Got it from Lew, No update yet. he emailed me and I think we may have it solved, I'll know in a couple of days when I can try again

erase the tune, load a canned tune to the truck, then try loading the custom tunes to the tool again.

Tried again today to load the custom tune today after loading the canned tune yesterday, I got the same message..
Any suggestions?

i just replied to your email man.. if the dealer updated your ecm/tcm at all, then your custom tunes will not work.. they will need to be redone using copies of the new original backup stock tune files..
