I enjoyed the beta process and hope you guys got valuable information. I thought we would exchange the beta models for non beta models. Is this still a possibility. If not can he be updated so it doesn't have the beta splash screen and have wifi enabled. Thanks in advance.

wifi still isn't enabled even on production tools..

the actual hardware is the same as production, so in reality, it may just be a software update done to the tool to make it a "production" tool.. but that's something you can contact support about.. [email protected]

Thanks Mike.... I am just trying to get the splash screen removed that says demo.... thanks

I'm still using 2 tools that boot with the BETA screen on them, no worries

Hey Mike I was looking at giving the IT2 I used in the beta test to my dad and wanted to make sure it has all the same functions as the regular intune and same customer service. Thanks I know at one time there was talk to get a different model sent out that would have the beta splash screen removed but I have not been contacted as of yet. I realize it has all the same functions and is a production model. I just didn't want to give something to my dad where he may need support down the road with. Thanks PS if we can exchange to get the splash screen removed now that would be great as well.... thanks Doug

Yes, he can use it, just update it to the current releases and it will work great.
