Getting PIDs into logging selection

Post by Cherche »

Got a prob with my i2.

If I select a new PID and hit the back arrow the i2 will ask me, if I want to save the selection. If i then hit "yes", all PIDs in my selection are gone. No PIDs are in the delete list and when I do the log, there are no PIDs shown.

Then I have to load default PID list again.

After selecting a new PID, and then selecting "no" for saving the PID is not in my list, just the default PIDs.

What am I doing wrong?

I want to put the misfire counter into my PID list - are these not supported? Is there a maximum number of PIDs for the i2?

I don't think you are doing anything wrong. I had the same problem and phone support told me it shouldn't happen, but couldn't provide a workaround or resolution. You may try using the email support form and see what they can do.

Thank you.

Sean from Hemifever asked me to log some more PIDs than in the default selection.

I cannot answer his questions :? .

My 2014 RAM 5,7 runs great with his tune :-D .

Sean did my tune and I told him about this issue. I just sent him the datalog using the default values and he said that gave him everything he needed for my car (2013 Charger SRT8) since I wasn't running a 180 degree thermostat. If I was, this would be an issue.

You may want to send Sean the default and ask him if it's sufficient for your vehicle.
