re-calibrating the speedometer

Im am having trouble adjusting my car's speedometer to the corret ratio for the new gears and wheels I have. I used to have stock gears and now i have 4.10 and also went from 17" wheels now have 18" my car is a 1999 trans am 6 speed non ws6. i want to know how to fix the problem?

I just did the reprograming and it seemed to go fine. tested car and was doing 55 mph car was showing 70mph please help if you have the solution.

Are you making the changes in the Predator and re-applying the tune?
If so, and it does not seem to be working, please post the revision of your Predator here.
