cant upgrade my preditor

I recently was given a preditor from my buddy who no longer has a ford, I have a 06" f250 with the 6.0 PS.....I have connected it to the internet but it wont let me upgrade any software..no getting corrupt msg.

How far do you get into the update process? You can call us on the tech line and have us walk you through it also.

I get that error msg now saying corrupt..etc....and it doesnt seem to upload...just says download failed
