load ratings for 60hp tune!

2003 f-250 powerstroke 6.0 automatic.... What is the weight limit for running the 60hp tune before needing to change to the tow tune... I am not towing but hauling a 3000lb slide-in camper. And, when running with whatever tune you guys say I need to run, do I need to push the tow button on the shift lever when towing????? Thanks Todd
