Yeah, this tool was used.
I do see Motor Have listed as an authorized dealer though, so I would contact them and have them replace the tool.

Well ......as in my initial post , we are not having any luck with motor H. They are not being cooperative . I really didnt expect much more than that from them considering they are selling used products! When the programmer was purchased we did not attempt to use it for tunning untill warranty ran out and we installed exhaust etc. By that time they didnt want to give us the time of day. Bottom line if they will not help, I would think you the manufacturer would be able to do something. Obviously there is another vin in there and we have the reciept that we purchased it so?????

mmmmmmmmm..........still waiting by the way if mike or any tecs read this and my last....the online supplier MotorHaven no longer exists....go figure , guess they ran out of used tunners to sell !!!!!!!!!!1

This is an unfortunate situation.
The money back guarantee on the tool is good for I believe 15 days, which you went past.
I'm honestly not sure how to handle this, or if there is even anything we can do to help.

I would suggest emailing our sales department at [email protected] and see what they recommend.
