Need help ASAP!!!!!!!! 01 excursion

It's too late to call Diablosport on the phone and Im leaving for Florida tomorrow.

I bought this brand new for my 99 f350, and have used it for over a year with no problems. I unloaded the tune from it and restored it's original to my 99 so I could put it on my 01 excursion for the trip. It backed up my original on the excursion just fine but it wouldn't install a new tune to it. So I went to restore the original and now it will not restore and the thing wont start!

(they're both 7.3's)
and the number on the back is 116820

Good Luck.....It seems no one is in a hurry to help, been waiting 3 days for some reply's and nothing. I took some time to read some of these post and there are alot of unsatisfied costomers here....not to mention problems with especially programmers for 7.3. Hope you solve your problem. By the way I have read so many post on here this might help.....make sure when u restore your 99 you restore original tune not factory hp tune it will still be vin locked to your 99. Thats kinda how I understand how it works.

thanks for the info, yes Im sure it was the original that I restored to the 99, Im afraid to hook it up to my 99 now to make sure, don't need 2 vehicles disabled.

lol yeah right ! , just go into options menu and look at last tune written it wont affect your vehicle. the only way it can is if you program a tune.

yup, the original is written to the Predator, I hope I just need to force it and reset the unit, but I guess I can't do that myself without a password. Looks like I'm not leaving for Florida tomorrow.

I had trouble a few weeks ago and I called them on a saturday and I got helped right away . I spoke to a guy named George and he gave the password to force the install .I would give it a try can't hurt right?
