Tune for 2003 6.0 with EGR deleted

I recently installed the IPR EGR delete kit on my early 2003 F250. I grew tired of the truck running poorly due to the EGR valve becoming fouled with sludge.
I pulled and cleaned the intake and cleaned the turbo at the same time. The catalytic converter will go in the next few weeks, too.
Anyway, I have a Diablosport tuner #U7165 and was wondering if the Economy Tune (65 HP) would be appropriate for a truck with this modification. The truck is otherwise bone stock, except an K&N intake filter system.
My tuner has not been updated since new.
