93 CAI Tune

I have the intune for 07 Chrysler 300C
I keep reading that there's a 93CAI tune on my device but can't find it anywhere.
What do I need to do to find this or add it to my intune?
I always keep it updated,and I'm not able to find a "Global Spark" setting either.

is this an export vehicle outside the USA?

Global spark is a ford parameter, no such parameter for DCX...
