Original backup can't be saved?

Haven't used my trinity in well over a year. (This thing really seems more trouble than it's worth) But I recently installed headers and deleted cats and now require tuning (hemifever) so I updated the trinity to all the latest crom files, plugged it into my 2012 ram 1500 hemi, said it required calibration, went through the vehicle selection, plugged it back into my computer, had a few glitches upon trying to calibrate the truck and kept failing but after 3 attempts it finally successfully calibrated the truck. Then continued on to try and install the 91 octane tune for now... No luck.... 4 attempts and a truck that didn't want to shut off every time until I unplugged the trinity and it still says original backup could NOT be saved after 2 attempts. So.... what's wrong with this thing now? I really hope I don't have to call diablo sport yet again, I work the same hours they do and I don't have access to my truck during the day.

K done and still did the same thing. Comes up with a (-11) and (4) don't remember the text that went with the errors. But both had to do with not saving original backup. This time it barely even tried. Before it went through a couple loading screens this time it pretty much immediately went to the failed attempt screen.

I work the same hours you guys do. I happened to be home last Friday. But I wont take the truck to work and put the trinity in because I'm scared it's going to brick my ecu with how it seems to react to the trinity right now.
