Driver installation issues

I just purchased the T-1000 for my 08' charger RT from amazon. I'm having issues installing the usb drivers, I visited the diablo sport website, made sure I had the most up to date driver's. I keep getting errors saying driver installation failed. I live near Portland, Oregon I was curious if you could recommend a local vendor or shop that would be able to install the programmer it's given me nothing but headaches. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

download the software fromour site, you are using a very old disc there.
