Had to buy a new tuner, what to do about CMR tune

What are my options here, Bought a srt4 neon which has a custom tune for bigger turbo ect. I bought a Trinity cause the tuner was missing out of the car. Can I download the tune in there and save it original backup? Just wondering how I should go about this. Wanted to save the custom tune.

either leave it alone, or call us to force a stock tune back into the pcm (car will not likely run) then get a new custom tune for the mods.
