Help me to buy right tune

Dear Team,
I have - Jeep Grand Cherokee 2007, HEMI 5.7 (acceleration by passport is 0-100 km/h, 7.2 sec). In real live its doing 7.4 (Maybe because octane or any other situation ...)

I want to buy an equipment to make acceleration faster. As I see when i use my acceleration pedal, throttle body seems to make slow response by default

Please advise what should i buy to achieve a maximum acceleration? and what can be my result?
