I had an i2010 and new PCM delivered today for my 2015 SRT 392 Challenger. After installing the new PCM the car starts momentarily then stops running. On the EVIC I get diagnostic codes for:
Service Airbag System
Service Electronic Stability Control
Service Antilock Brake System
ParkSense Unavailable
Service Active Dampening System
Plugging in the i2010 it shows no codes under the scan tool. Under the Tune Vehicle menu it states "VIN Not Available Attempt to Manually Enter VIN?".
I disconnected the battery again and reseated the connectors and got the same result. I reinstalled the factory PCM and was able to start the car. I tried reinstalling the new PCM and the car would not run and threw the same errors on the EVIC. I tried entering my VIN on the i2010 but it returned the error "Manual Entry Failed Please have a Dealer Program the VIN" I've since reinstalled the factory PCM and the car still runs.
I checked my order receipt and confirmed the VIN I entered matches the car. I had copied and pasted my VIN from the Mopar Owners Connect website.
I'll call tomorrow but I work during Diablo's business hours so I hope its as simple as something I've done wrong.

Re: 2015 Challenger won't run on new PCM
Have not done the new pcm yet only needed the tuner for passed vehicles so I am not positive how it works BUT you did not mention programming your new pcm. You might have to download tunes from your computer onto the i2 then program your new pcm that you installed into your car. Diablosport probably does not send the Pcm already tuned ??
Just my thoughts. You might have already done that but you did not mention it.

Re: 2015 Challenger won't run on new PCM
Thanks for the reply Genecoupe. It is my understanding that Diablo would crack and program the new PCM with my VIN. I think that it should start after installing the new one without any programing.Genecoupe wrote:Have not done the new pcm yet only needed the tuner for passed vehicles so I am not positive how it works BUT you did not mention programming your new pcm. Op. is this a PCM we modified for you, or was this a new pcm?
Please send me an email, [email protected] It appears a step was missed during the programing. An Unfortunate event but errors do happen. We will gladly call tag the PCM to solve whatever issue is present.
Feel free to shoot me an email So I can get you taken care of.
thank you
