Hi please see picture, how do i get the line cursor to move freely as i want to move it to a certain area , it is controlled and won't allow me, it will move in chunks if that makes sense like every section. I had done it before but can't remember how .

tried that and its still moving in chunks and line by line... i want it to be free control where i can move it anywhere, i just don't remember how .
