Windows 10 will not recognize

Windows 10 will not recognize when my tuner is plugged in. Will not show up anywhere on the computer. It automatically pops up when I plug it into my old slow windows xp lap top. I was able to update the tuner with that. I also loaded the updater program from my lap top to the windows 10 PC. The Pc will still not recognize the tuner.

obviously the tool is fine....gotta be something with that PC.

Did the driver install?

I noticed this on my windows 10 pc, windows 10 will not show it in front of everything else. Go to cortana, and type mycomputer, then you will see it in the listed drives, double click into it then the intune and you will be good to go.

what about if the .exe file goes away after r.clicking run as administrator?
