03 SRT-4 Boost control

can we use the trinity as a boost controller? we have a 03 SRT-4 with a GReddy EBC and sure would like to eliminate it
03 Dodge Neon SRT-4 mods include : AEM short cia, AGP waste gate actuator, ETS charge pipe, larger throttle body, BOV, MSD coil pack, 3" exhaust, Mopar stage 3r suspension

Yes, custom tuning allows for full boost control.

Not to thread jack, but mikel, I'm having issues with my trinity not raising boost. I have put a stock WGA back on the car, but can't get it to stop spiking to18psi then falling to around 13psi by around 4500rpm. Doesn't matter which way I adjust the scale in my Trinity, the boost never changes. I am able to change my fuel so I know the tuner is working. Any ideas?
My car is an '04 mainly stock. Turbo back exhaust and K&N short ram intake.

all the stock vacuum lines connected properly?
no boost leaks?
