Every time I read a posting I get to read someone whine about the latest revision not working..... How about start a new thread and quit posting your cry--baby input. If you don't like the programmer, sell it on e-bay and buy a different brand. I am waiting for the latest revision too but i'm sticking with my predator. It did work good before and I have faith it will work even better in the future.......................TODD

The forums are here to inform people of problems or the opposite. Say good things about the product. Not bitch about things as far as refunds or i'm never using this company again that's what e-mails are for. A grown man crying should not be made in a public site. Tell them what's wrong. Let them do what they have to do. The stuff on these forums are really starting to get childish

In My case my negative responses are not to cry but to try and get the people that are important and able to maby do something for me to say "You Know Maby I Should Help This Guy Out So Instead Of Negative Post On My Forum Its All Positive" Imagine you pay $400 for a tuner and never even get to try it out. Hell for all I know I might have had great success with it in my truck. Bottom line.....If an authorized dealer sells used tuners and then closes their doors, the manufacturer should step up to the plate! Phone calls to this place didnt work so this is my last resort. I feel if customer service for me was like this , why should other people make the same mistakes. They read this and maby they will think twice before buying and save them the headaches.

No sorry, dont cry. I'm a big boy. I dont bitch either because i have a pair. Not perfect either. Yes have complaints, but for the most part can fix the situation on my own. Or in this case if it's killing you that much. Sell it on ebay and buy another one. (not aimed towards slamme) There is an easy solutions to everything. If you think hard enough. Slamme your situation is different i can understand you being mad at the fact that u got the stick with no ky. But also they didn't sell it to you. If i read right you got it from a e-bay store. Probably thinking you would save money and who could blame you it's nice to save money. In the same since i thought they said that store wasn't an authorized dealer.(i could be wrong dont remember). But either way that's like saying if somebody paid for something but want's u to deal with it for free and you have nothing to do with the company selling the product. Would you fix it? Keep an open mind of what i'm saying. The company bought a used programmer and turned around and sold it. Nothing to do with Diablo. Realisticly i'm pretty sure they could reflash the programmer. But like i said earlier would you do it for free. The post i made weren't made to piss people off. They were simple made to help people understand the childishness was getting out of control. They are aware of problems. Any extra thing besides what has already been posted would help them understand problems that are going on. Moaning and groaning about the same things doesn't help at all of every angle of the problems they are trying to fix. Sorry if i hurt peoples feelings about some of these things but step back and look. When is it time to grow up.

well DH if you read every thing . if you can really read ... my 7165 came from one of DS dealers .. so try again .. nothing wrote here has a dam thing to do with growing up ....just real guys with real problems that tired of getting nothing in return.... im done anyway .. so i cant bitch any more .. i got a real tuner and it works the way it should .. i have no more to bitch about .... good luck to everyone else .. hope you get what you need to fix your tuner ..........

Same for me , It was an authorized dealer....Motorhaven, not e-bay, and I didnt expect them to fix it for nothing but $300 was their offer and I paid $400 and Heck I think now Diablo sells them new for less then $400! My complaning didnt benifit me at all it just got motorhaven taken off their authorized dealer list. WOOPIE!!!!!! I hope they choke on all the money they made off us sorry saps.

slamme but what your dealing with is an actual problem that is what your grip is and like i said before i can understand why you'd have a reason to grip on here. I'm getting at the same situation on here that everybody on here is complaining about on here. As far as BBLJ45. Lets see i'm pretty sure i can read and spell you illiterate ass.
