2016 Mustang GT PCM Calibration?

Just got a 2016 Mustang GT 2 weeks ago. I also updated my Intune device about 3 weeks ago (1 week before getting my car). I installed the JLT intake today, and then I plugged in the Intune device. It booted up. and when I clicked on "Write Vehicle", it said my PCM needed to be calibrated/updated?

Clicked on "Continue" and then it said I had to connect my device to the computer to update. So I did, and it said "up to date". I haven't tried to plug my device in again, but I went to the advanced settings on the device and "cleared all updates". When I plugged it back in, it was updating the DCX Tune File? Could that be why? Will try again tomorrow but I also sent a XML file of my info details to the support email.

Actually got helped by Daniel G this morning. Sent me the updated Ford Tunes file and it updated onto my intune and into my vehicle without a hitch. Thanks guys!
