Have new Diablo i2 for wrangler and cannot update as instructed when trying to load on Mac. Just says "unable to find file info. xml. ???????

can you see the info.xml file in the rot of the i2 drive?

hi Mike,
received my I2 today and I have the same issue. I tried updating and the error message is the same - cannot find info.xml. I looked in the root and there is no such a file. Please help.

load this to the i2 and let it import it then run the updater again please.

I can't get that attachment to work on my MacBook. Is there another attachment?

I’m having trouble getting the ignition updater to work. Every time I open it and connect the tuner it says “ /volumes/t2/info.xml is denied “

I also had installation errors on Mac
