should i adjust the 93 tune?

I have a 2013 F150 5.0L. I have the diablosport trinity 93 tune installed at the moment. I have nothing else done to the truck as of right now. I read the post about not changing the tunes until after market parts have been added, but I feel that the truck could still perform better. Is there any changes I could make to the tune to make the truck accelerate fast? If this is the same engine they use in the mustangs, shouldnt it be able to take off and get up to speed quicker (minus the fact that the truck is heavier)?
