DiabloSport Server Down?

DiabloSport Server Down?

I was notified to recalibrate my Trinity, after plugging it into my truck for the first time. So as directed, I removed it from my truck and plugged it back into my PC. I then opened the DSDownloader and attempted to complete the recalibration.

I keep getting an error message, advising there is no connection to the server. I have a internet connection and the firewall was deactivated. I called customer service and was told that they would look into it and email me. Is this normal protocol? I'm a little concerned after paying over $1000.00 for this equipment. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

can you reopen dsdl and try it again now please?

No, I just verified the server is not down. From your PC can you get to http://www.diablosport.com using a web browser like Chrome or Internet Explorer?

this is a new error, that we cant replicate here, but we are investigating.

we're working on a new version of dsdl to give you that will give us some debug info as to why it cant connect.

when you connect to the truck and try to tune it, what is the calibration ID it shows you?

options/troubleshooting/show calid, what do you get?

Is this when the Trinity is connected to my truck or pc? I don't recall getting any options while it was connected to my truck. It just prompted me to recalibrate via the DSDownloader.
