Not working

Post by bojack201 »

I have plugged the tuner into my computer multiple times and ran the updater multiple times after the initial update and it is still showing the message "This Vehicle is currently not supported. An update may be required. Please plug the I2 into a PC to download any updates."

Same here....waiting on response from Technical Support.

Update on mine: I tried it again this afternoon after checking and verifying no updates were available.....everything worked perfectly and I tuned the vehicle no problem. No idea what I was doing the other times I tried and failed.....

I also got in contact with customer support yesterday and he assured me that it was a server issue and would be fixed within a couple hours and I've tried it 3 times since no dice :(

root of the i2 drive, then you will need to eject the drive on a mac to allow the file to import.
