No difference noticed on 2015 Duramax?

Hi guys,
My cousin's got a 2015 LTZ Z71 with the Duramax. He wanted to up his power without voiding his warranty so the Power Puck seemed a great choice. We got it installed just fine and the truck fired up like normal after installation. When we were testing it out, there did not appear to be any difference whatsoever in power. If there was any difference it was minimal, even with the knob turned all the way up. It should be EASY to notice the extra 100 HP and 200 TQ claimed by the device. Any ideas? Thanks a bunch.
