tuner ecu and lemon law question

I have a 2015 ram 1500 5.7 I just bought 2 months ago it has 3500 miles on it I bought the tuner and ecu in January and I'm having issues its been at the dealer 4 times in 9 days for some issues I was wondering if I have to use the lemon law can I just put my ecu and tuner directly on the new one or will it have to be reflashed and how much will it cost me?

it would have to be reflashed, its $100 to reprogram an already modified pcm.

I assume I would have to call customer service and send it in?

submit the form on the website again to send it in and make note that it is already modified.

restore the stock tune to unlock it and it will work with the pcm when you get it back.
