Will U7137 work on Grand Cherokee 4.7?

Will a U7137 work on a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 4.7L V8? I see that it shows it will work on a Ram 4.7 and a Hemi Grand Cherokee but there's no mention of the 4.7L Grand Cherokee. Thanks for your help!
