P050e Code 2012 Ecoboost

Can someone tell me what this code means and how to get rid of it? Ive read to update the tuner to the latest update and load the tune and it will go away. My tuner has been updated with the lastest files and I received this code. My truck only has a CAI and the 93 Performance tune.

post the tune files from the tunes folder on the device and we'll fix it for you.

sorry, if you have the trinity, connect it to a pc and open dsdownloader, then click get tune file from tool and it will ask for backup or last tune written, do each then post them here please.

So I went to put the truck back to the factory tune, it is giving me an error of vehicle vin is currupt or lost and will not allow me to turn the truck back to the factory tune. What is the next step. Im trying to load the stock tune file on the trinity from the file I uploaded, but it say it already exists on the tuner.
