i'm still on hold

I've been placed on hold since 2:30 this after noon it keeps telling me i'm next in que. Someone did pick up and put the phone back on hold 3 different times. But i'm still on hold. It's now 4:00. I'm on my cell phone so i can get you records of this now. It is Wednesday March 9th. I'm praying that you guys didn't just place your customers on hold and go home. Cause that would be the most awesome customer service i had never experienced. Actually i did. with a company who's customer service was provided by Indians from India 8-9 years ago. I will never forget the conversation i had. Or tried to have. My car is stuck in my garage now, and i'm waiting on the phone hoping you didni't drop the ball and go home. I haven't been able to move my car since last night. and when i got around to calling you guys. i was 5th in que. now i'm first according to the computer voice that just came on the line. Please let me know if you're still there?
