trinity updates

My truck is headed to dealer for some recall work so I returned truck to stock. That all went well
I brought tuner in teh house because I had not updated it in a while. So I hooked it to my laptops and clicked DS Downloader and then Update tool it seemed to go well. Then it asked me to select vehicle again so I did that (2013 dodge durango RT) and then it started flashing wildly and a scrambled partial screen.
Program stops responding and tool sais new registry on and off and then sais tool is being remotely controlled but does nothing from DS downloader. all virus programs are off and no firewalls are on. Also I tried reloading DS downloader it downloads but then goes to driver install. and when it instruct me to plug in the trinity and "FOUND NEW HARDWARE" Never pops up and when I hit next it just goes blank.
Computer is windows 10 laptop
Please help once truck is back from dealer I need to get custom tune back in.

that tool will need to come back for a fix, please go to our website and submit the return/refunds form so we can issue an rma# to send it in.

only way to fix it is to ship it in to diablosport as was mentioned...

I have another Diablo get it off from my brother car and it's not married any more when I connected to my car I can't restore the back up file or tune the car Coz no back up file
I have my backup file in my pc how I can add to the new device and setup it to my car can you please guide me

you can not put your backup into the other tool.. it would load as a custom tune, not as the original backup..

BUT..

you said you restored the original backup stock tune to your truck already with your trinity, and then the trinity went whacky after that.. so your truck is already back to stock, right?

so then you can just use his unlocked/reset trinity to install the preset tunes into the truck.

Now I can't install new tune or modify the present tune Coz the trinity need to save a backup file to do that
