So driving home from work, at night, and the trinity just suddenly went really bright. Tried going to settings but didnt help. Ended up unplugging and plugging back in but it booted too bright. Had to leave it unplugged. Any advice?

Do i need to install stock tune back onto my vehicle?

if you bought the tool brand new from an authorized dealer and you're still within the 1 year warranty period, no..

but if you bought the trinity used, or have had it more than 1 year, then yes.

Bought it less than 2 months ago from your website. Sending out monday, do i need to include cables?

well, not from MY website.. but from shopatron/diablosport website.. and yes, include everything in the return... including a copy of the receipt/order sheet, etc..
