Dealer Flash LB7 Forgot to Back Out

My 4WD went out on my '03 Silverado 3500 dealer said they had to flash the programming to recover 4WD. They did so, however I had not backed out my Predator U7180 programming. Will I have to send the unit back to get it reauthorized? If so, the dealer I bought it from back in 2003, is no longer in your authorized dealer lists. I origiinally purchased it from Granatelli Motor Sports, and on their web site they no longer carry Predators.

Fill out an RMA request and send the tool in with a copy of the original proof of purchase receipt.

Thanks

I was going to do that, but it appears Granatelli Motor Sports is no longer one of your dealers and does not appear in your list.

As long as you have the receipt, you're fine.

Thanks

Looks like I won't need to send it back after all. I tried it in my '03 Duramax when I got it home from the dealer service. I chose Install Performance option and it backed up and installed fine. Either this Ganatelli version does not need to be unlocked or I forgot to Install performance after the last time I took it to the Dealer. By the way I found my original receipt and although it is a Granatelli Predator and I bought it from Stylin Concepts which also is not on your Distributor List.

Sounds like they did not reflash it after all....
