I also emailed via the site but not sure if it went through.
I was instructed to mail the tool in, and just got it back with a note saying "normal GM freeze issue" and to email tech support. We did a registry reset when I last called. Tool freezes right after determining vehicle info. It goes to a spinning wheel then freezes. Also, touchscreen barely works, only to very hard contact. Tried to pull tunes or logs off to attach but both folders are empty. Info.xml file attached. On a side note, my other intune tool that I have on my 2007 gmc yukon works on this truck as it is able to read/clear the CEL.
