05 ford mustang gt emissions testing

Post by chester_tm »

purchased 05 mustang gt with added steeda cold air intake, high flow cats with x pipe, and 91 octane tune through predator st7149 updated to vr 8r26 through post found on this forum, cant find any newer updates on the diablo website. vehicle has had no problem passing emissions in the 7 years ive been driving it. went to get my emissions test for renewal due this month, was told my vehicle was ineligible due to fact catalyst monitor is turned off. when restoring stock tune i receive lean faults both banks and o2 sensor stuck lean on bank 2. why does the tune turn off my catalyst monitor?? is there a more updated tune that will leave the cat monitor on? and if so will the monitor pass???

we turn them off as a high performace tune can cause the cat monitors to add fuel when you dont want it. flash the tune back in it (i assume the steeda 91 octane tune) and then read the last tune written out of the tool and post it up here. i will turn them back on for you so you can pass emmisions

i am hoping this is what you needed, i re flashed the 91 octane steeda 90mm to the vehicle and then hit the export tune from tool button on the diablo sport downloader and this is the file it saved.... im hoping this is the tune and not the stock backup

unfortunitly this is the original backup. you will have to export the last tune written as well
