Help! Tuner is completely locked-up!

So, I admit that I'm an idiot, but I was running the scan tool on the I2 when the ODB2 cable was accidentally disconnected from the tuner.

I tried re-booting it, but now, it won't do anything past the agreement screen. I can't even push "yes" to get to the main menu. It just doesn't do anything.

Can I somehow re-boot the thing?

I sure hope it's not that easy to wreck the software in a $400+ piece of equipment.

I talked to another guy named Mike at your tech support, and he basically said that I need to send the tuner back to you guys.
