i2 is not tuning

Post by sulaiman »

Hi guys. I've bought an i2020 from Amazon.com and I was excited when I received it yesterday. I have updated the device through my windows pc and when I plugged it to my Taurus SHO 2015 the device asks for calibration update. After installing the calibration update I'm getting this message "attached". Please help!

so it loads the calibration update to the vehicle then asks you to do it again?

Please post the current info.xml file from the i2 drive.
