Phil thanks for helping me with my deisel Ford truck 2001. If not for your help I would have returned the Predator.
Dealer updates ? The dealer where I purchased my unit was full of information, none of it correct though ! His information was bad and did not make me comfortable keeping the unit. It was your tec. dept. that saved me and my truck. I don't know what your update policy is and I don't know if this is limited to just my local dealer but I will never go back to his store again.
My friend has a Hemi and I told him to buy the Predator and cable set from your online store and not to use the dealer here because he does not know the product he is selling, and he has alot of them in stock.

Dealer put 100 hp tune in my 2001 7.3L diesel. I had to have unit updated, Thanks Diablo. 60 hp economy tune was what I needed. The dealer did not even know there was a new update or the right tune for what I wanted, wich was better fuel economy. 16% loss no matter what tune though. Installed factory tune 16% increase in fuel economy.

Yeah, there are alot of people selling our products, some more knowledgable than others...
