2016 F150 2.7 EB Cal ID help

I plugged in my in tune i1000 and let the program run its course then I tried to tune the truck and got a "vin needs an update" message and then when I hooked it back up to my pic I got this mess(image attached)

Please let me know what to do next.

For whatever reason this file is not on the ford site. Could you possibly pop the little black cover off the top of the pcm case in the engine bay? It's on the passenger side firewall right at the top. The plastic cover is super easy and the label will be right below it. If you could post a pic of the label that would be really helpful an dI'll add it right away. No idea why it's not on the site.
