Hello. recent Diablo T1000 purchaser here. so i connected tuner to my car and am having issues... i attempt to load the diablo tune(or any tune) and i get the message "original backup NOT saved(-18)" hit more info and get "error reading page(5) click continue to make 2nd attempt". Get original backup NOT saved(-17) hit more info. Get "PCM:error reading page(4)" hit continue. Get message saying "trinity was unable to save your original tune after 2 attempts. this can happen if vehicle already ha a performance tune." hit continue and i get "Not tuning because of backup(4).
i bought my car used with 10,000 miles. i don't believe it was tuned. any thoughts or suggestions? i'd rather use it and get the benefits but right now it's not doing me any good and am pondering returning it...

it would seem the pcm has been tuned before, can you get it to a dealer and ask them to reload the factory software?

I'm having the same exact problem and the car was purchased new, it has never been tuned. I'm using a trinity with trinity_gm_can_gas-1r13r_update.crom

I called the dealer to have the car reflashed with the current stock calibration, then I will try again.
