Intune Updater wont open

I've been trying to update my intune but everytime I try to run the auto updater it doesnt work.
I've attached a picture for reference.
Any help is appreciated

pleas epost the info.xml file from the i2 drive.

Hey mikel thanks for the reply. Im on an Asus laptop with windows 8.1. I am also using the I-1000 DCX intune.

Can u please help me, I am still unable to update my intune, and when i go to load a tune the intune freezes.

I have A INTUNE I1000 WHEN CONNECTED TO LAPTOP IT SAYS Device is unrecognized and there is no intune.exe file to update or anything can someone help me please
