JLT3 intake need tune 2008 mustang

Hi,
I had seen other post here with a similar issue, had a jlt1 upgraded to the 3 but the tune i have is throwing codes.
Could i get a tune written for my JLT 3 please?
2008 mustang gt 4.6 stick
