Stuck with a predator

What can I do to get the predator to unlock if the vehicle (05 GTO) that I tuned was wrecked and totaled?

go hook it back up to that car and restore the original backup to it...
if you're unable to access the car, get in touch with Mike here at diablo... I believe if you can provide PROOF that the car was totalled (pics, and/or police report, and/or insurance stuff, etc etc), you can get them to unlock it for ya...

Yup, if you are unable to restore the backup, fax us the prrof of the vehicle being totaled/paid off and then call us with the tool powered up after faxing the paperwork.

How can I unregister the Predator U7191 so that the guy that has it now can register it for him?

what??? you mean the registration form here on the diablo site to register your ownership of a predator??? you can't and he can't... he's not the original purchaser of the predator - he has no warranty/registration benefits...
