i cannot connect my predator to my pc that has windows 10, I wanna view recorded data and adjust accordingly but cannot view anything. I have bought new connecting cords and all and still doesn't work. is there an update for windows 10 users? thanks in advance...

its likely just the driver needing to be installed for the usb to serial cable, check the device manager.
