Black screen on my i2

After updating the i2, and loading the canned tune for the spring I put the computer back in the box. I pulled it out to do some tweaking, and it does nothing. black sceen on the obd, black screen on the usb.... no drive designation on the pc. it is dead as dead can be. I have only had it a year and have treated it with the utmost care and followed all instructions, and I know the dangers of flashing. I cannot express the disappointment I have in this product, as programmers go it comes across flimsy,the transfer of tunes hasn't always been reliable, and in the end has proven to be more a toy than a tool. now I am stuck with a performance tune till I get a replacement and hope DS sends me one. I am very much waiting to be impressed.
