I have submitted the RMA form last Friday for my power puck to be returned for repair. How long does it usually take for me to hear back. I have tried to call a couple of time but due to my work I cannot sit on hold for 30min each time.


2002 Dodge 3500 5.9 24v.

DPP makes the truck idle and run rough. Once I unplug the DPP the truck runs fine. It was on the truck when I bought it.
