InTune i-1000 freezes when connecting to 2010 Silverado

When I try to connect my inTune to my 2010 Chevy Silverado, the inTune will recognize that it is connected to a vehicle, but when I click on either Tune Vehicle or Scan tool about 30 seconds in the spinning wheel will stop and the inTune will freeze. I have left it plugged in for about 25 min and nothing happens. Is there any insight on how to fix this?

Im having the exact same problem bro. When i go to load a tune, the spinning wheel freezes. It seems that a lot of people are having this problem so hopefully they will soon have a solution.
IK this isnt my thread but i need help so here are the contents of my tune folder and my info.xml.
Also when i go to update my intune, this happens (picture attached)

we can reset the tool for you, for best results please email [email protected] with the key shown under settings/advanced/registry reset, and include a link to this thread so we can get you going from there.

Thanks

did you by chance ever delete the files?
The tool is married so they should be there....were you looking on a PC?

I may have deleted them when I tried to update the device. I am looking in the 3 folders that I can access. Yes I am on a PC

I've been having the exact same problem with my 2013 Sierra 5.3 for months. The tune is locked in to the truck and it just freezes when I try to plug in. I had Diablosport send me an updated file several months back and it did nothing. same problem. The tuner works fine plugging into my C6Z06 (can read codes but can't tune since tuner still locked to Sierra). I also have an OBDii dongle plug in for my cellphone that plugs in fine to the Sierra and reads all codes so it appears as if the OBDii port on the truck is fine since it connects to other devices and that the I-100 port is fine since it connects to my C6Z06 OBDii port. Perplexing but appears to be problem not with power but interfacing with the CAN.
Help needed! I really want to get the tune pulled from this truck so I can tune my C6Z06 now that spring is here.

If Diablosport can help with pulling my original backup tune from my malfunctioning I-1000 for exporting onto a new I-2030 with multiple licenses (with a price break on a 2nd license) so I can return my Sierra back to its original tune (it needs service and emissions soon) I might just send back the I-1000 and purchase a new I-2030 so I can tune both vehicles with the same tuner in the future and be done!

I'm still having the same problem even after a reset. I go to tune and it freezes on the spinning wheel, and for some reason after the reset i now have the intune 2 updater even though i have the intune 1000.
